Hi my name is Corben and I’m ten and a half years old. I was in the lounge when it hit I was home sick in a couch bed eating lunch. suddenly everything was shaking I flung off my blanket and I raced to the nearest doorway. it went forever my dad was at home short of work and me and my mum had just got home from the palms.
as my dad raced from his office to mum in the kitchen she raced in there when it hit my dad tripped and stuff started to fall on him my mum’s big heavy mixer fell off the bench and our garage it’s like its turned upside down.

I am sorry you have just had this big earthquake there and had to go through it when you were unwell on the couch bed.
Just as well you could get to the doorway, poor old Dad, I hope he is fine now after stuff fell on him.
It appears you have a lot of work to do clearing up now, what a shame.
Those of us in other parts of the country are looking out for you and trying really hard to do things that may be useful.
I hope you are feeling better now Corben and continue to do so.
