“The boy racer bus driver”-Natalya, 9, Hillview Christian School
I was on the bus, when I almost fell of my chair and almost gave Alyssa a broken shoulder ’cause I was being tossed around like I was in my baby sister’s toys!!! I thought the bus driver was boy racing. I saw a brick fall from a building. When we stopped, we had to walk to the senior side of our school and wait for about 2 hours for our parents.
Hi Natalya
What an interesting story you have posted, so descriptive, I could feel it.
I am sorry this has happened to you in Canterbury and we are all thinking of you.
2 hours is a long time to wait for your parents, but what a relief when they came, hopefully you have had some good family time since then to help you recover from the shock.
Say hi to your family, friends and especially Alyssa and school.
Take good care of yourself, from Ella in Auckland.
Hello Natalya,
I am thinking that 2 hours was a very long wait. I hope yours arrived to take you home safely and there wasn’t alot of damage where you live. It has been very disruptive for alot of people and I hope there is fresh water at your school too.

That must have been so frightening being on the bus when the earthquake happened.
I hope you did not get hurt and none of your friends got hurt in the earthquake. Waiting for two hours must have been very scary wait.
Hi Natalya
I hope your parents got there fast to see you and everyone in your bus in fine
I like your story it was cool about the bus part.
