The earthquake was scary because my dad ran to get me.  We went under the table while the house was shaky.  It was very dark and we went outside, I was careful and held onto dads hand.

I was scared in the earthquake.  I went under the table with mum and dad.  It was all dark and warm. There are no cracks in my house.

In the earthquake it made me feel funny.  My dad was with me and we held onto each other.  We went outside and I saw big cracks in the road.

The shaking was scary for me.  I went under the table with mum and dad.

The earthquake was very scary.  I went to my mum and dad’s bed.  My dad found the torches for us.

In the weekend there was an earthquake.  We went to our neighbours house but we only have a few cracks.  I felt  safe at my neighbours house.

I hated the earthquake because it shook me out of bed.  I felt scared and went to my mum.

I feel out of bed when the earthquake happened and so did my doll.  I went under the table and I felt scared.  My house is good.

I liked the earthquake because it made me feel safe when I was with my Mum and Dad.

On Saturday morning when the earthquake started we went to the table.  It was electrifying with all the shaking.  We went to Nana’s house.  It looked miserable.  My TV broke and was not working.  I love my new TV.  My feelings were heart breaking.

Before the shock of the earthquake I was still dead to the world.  My Mum yelled to go outside.  I was feeling scared.  My baby was howling.  When we were outside we quickly packed our bits and pieces and went to get Dad.

When the earthquake came we scurried downstairs and hid under the table.  We were petrified.  We had to make sure that the earthquake was gone before we went back to bed but I was still fearful.  I went back to sleep later.
