The earthquake was scary because my dad ran to get me.  We went under the table while the house was shaky.  It was very dark and we went outside, I was careful and held onto dads hand.

I was scared in the earthquake.  I went under the table with mum and dad.  It was all dark and warm. There are no cracks in my house.

In the earthquake it made me feel funny.  My dad was with me and we held onto each other.  We went outside and I saw big cracks in the road.

In the weekend there was an earthquake.  We went to our neighbours house but we only have a few cracks.  I felt  safe at my neighbours house.

In the earthquake I got a shock.  I went under my brother’s bed.  I thought my brother was shaking the bed. There are little cracks in my house but not on the driveway.

I was scared when the earthquake happened.  I got into bed with mum and dad. Dad went and got the torches from the garage.  It felt good with Mum and Dad.

My heart was racing when the earthquake was shaking.  My draws flew out and dad had to get me out of my bed. There are cracks in the driveway, walls and floor now.

The earthquake was scary.  We got under the table like a turtle and held onto its legs.  We have cracks in our house but someone will try and fix them.
