It sounds as though you are a pretty swift person to get under the table so quickly, well done, best place to be when the shaking started.

I can imagine it was a scary experience and everybody there would agree with you and I am so sorry that you had to go throught that.

It was great the police were so close by and your parents too.

I had never heard of liquifaction until last September but it seems to be everywhere. I hope your house recovers soon but more importantly you and your family and friends.

Millions of people all over the world are keeping an eye on the Christchurch/Canterbury region of NZ, and this morning on the TV an article from USA talked about how in awe they are of you all there and how your courage is showing through…and I agree with them!
