It is so frustrating to not be able to do much from this distance, so I asked myself after the fundraising etc what could I do that may possibly assist?

When I saw this website I thought I could write back to the children, I wasn’t expecting there to be so many and I have to rest sometimes, my fingers are numb!

However that’s nothing compared to what people in Canterbury have experienced and maybe someone feels a little better knowing that so many of us are thinking of them.

I hope things are getting more settled for you there and I wish you the very best.

Wow… you must be a fast runner to get to from the sandpit onto the court to do the turtle.

I am so pleased you are safe and sleeping well.

Your teachers did a great job looking after you and letting you watch the magic school bus.

I am sure that when Mum picked you up to take you home there were lots of hugs.
